Sara's Quick Rolls
Sara'S Quick Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. soda, 1/4 c. cooking oil and 2/3 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put dry ingredients into bowl.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix together oil, buttermilk and yeast mixture.
Stir liquid into dry ingredients, mixing well.
Let rise until double in bulk (about 30 minutes).
Make into favorite rolls.
I roll out and cut as for biscuits.
Dip into melted margarine and fold over.
Let rise in pan 10 or 15 minutes.
Bake at 400Β° until brown.
