Sandy's Potatoes
Sandy'S Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 32 oz. bag frozen hash browns, 8 oz. (1 c.) sour cream, 1 can cream of either celery, mushroom or chicken soup, 2 c. cubed velveeta and 2 sticks melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt 1 stick of margarine and mix with crushed cornflakes.
Put mixture on top of casserole.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
