Sandies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour, 2 tbsp. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and nutmeats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream the butter, flour and powdered sugar together. Add vanilla. Form into balls the size of large pecans with a nutmeat inside.
Bake in moderate oven 15 to 20 minutes.
When light brown, remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar while hot.
