Sandies
Sandies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. sifted flour, 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar and 1 tsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Add vanilla to margarine, then confectioners sugar and cream until mixture is fluffy.
Add water to creamed mixture, then gradually add flour to mixture and last add your pecans.
Shape dough into small balls, about 1/2-inch thick.
Place rolls on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 minutes.
Do not brown!
Take out and roll through some confectioners sugar as desired.
