Sand Tarts
Sand Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 lb. butter, 3 eggs, beaten, 3 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream the sugar and butter; add the rest of the ingredients. (Batter will be fairly stiff.)
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
Roll out on floured board about 1/8-inch thick.
Cut into any shape you desire and bake at 350Β° on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Check after 8 minutes.
Yield: 4 dozen.
