Salted Nut Roll
Salted Nut Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips, 3 1/2 tbsp. oleo and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spray a 9 x 12-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
Spread 1/2 jar of peanuts in bottom of pan.
In bowl, microwave until just blended the Eagle Brand milk, peanut butter chips and oleo.
Stir, then add marshmallows and microwave until melted.
Stir well and pour over nuts in cake pan.
Spread rest of nuts on top and refrigerate until it sets.
Keep refrigerated.
