Salt Dough is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 c. salt and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix with your hands, adding more flour if dough is sticky and more water if crumbly.
Wet the surface to add bits of decorative dough to cut-outs.
After shaping, bake at 200Β° until thoroughly dry (about 1 hour).
You may glaze with egg yolk/water for brown color.
Varnish cooled ornament.
