Salsa Verde Dip
Salsa Verde Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) jar green salsa, 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced, 1/2 c. pickled sliced jalapeo chiles and 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350°.
Coat 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Spoon salsa over bottom of dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with avocado, jalapeo and cilantro.
Serve with chips.
