Salsa Pasta
Salsa Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can chichi salsa, 1/2 c. ricotta cheese, 1/2 c. chopped black olives, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 4 servings (8 oz.; uncooked) hot cooked pasta (rotini, tortellini, rigatoni, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large saucepan, over medium-low heat, combine salsa, ricotta, olives and garlic.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes until heated through. Spoon sauce over hot pasta.
Sprinkle with walnuts, cilantro and Parmesan cheese.
