Salsa Mold
Salsa Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. (8 serving size) lemon jello, 1 1/2 c. tomato juice, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Stir in tomato and lemon juices. Stir in salsa.
Pour into a 5-cup mold.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold.
Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
