Salsa is an easy dinner. Made with 16 peeled tomatoes, 12 cloves garlic, chopped, 3 large onions, 11 peppers (jalapenos) and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook tomatoes with salt for 30 minutes. Skim off sediments. Chop garlic, onions and peppers in processor (not too fine).
Add to tomatoes at the end of 30 minutes.
Cook another 30 minutes. Ready to can.
