Made with 16 c. peeled chopped tomatoes, 2 c. green peppers, chopped, 2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper (about 6 to 8 peppers for mild-medium salsa) and 3 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simmer all ingredients in large pot, uncovered, for 1 hour. Make paste of 6 tablespoons cornstarch and 2/3 cup water.
