Salsa

Salsa

Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes (we prefer libby's diced tomatoes; do not use stewed tomatoes unless you like a sweeter tasting salsa), 1 clove garlic, 1 japanese red pepper, 2 to 4 tbsp. fresh cilantro or 1 tbsp. dried and 1 bunch chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
