Salsa
Salsa is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large green bell pepper, chopped, 3 jalapeno chiles to taste (fresh or canned), 1 large can stewed tomatoes and 5 cloves minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Chop all ingredients and mix in herbs in a large bowl.
Add water, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, lime juice, vinegar and jalapeno juice (if any) until desired consistency is achieved. Taste and adjust seasonings (salt, pepper and Tabasco) to taste. Let sit 24 hours in plastic or glass container with lid.
Keep refrigerated.
