Salsa
Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (3 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained and 2 tbsp. lime juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In small saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except tomatoes.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes.
Serve warm with hamburgers, fish, tacos, tostadas or tortilla chips.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
