Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can whole peeled tomatoes, 1 to 2 chili peppers, 4 to 5 stalks green onion, 1/2 c. cilantro, packed lightly and 2 to 3 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
