Salsa
Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 roma or plum tomatoes, 1 large red (purple) onion, 1 small to medium garlic, minced or 2 oz. minced garlic in jar, 1 large green pepper and 4 large jalapeno peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash all vegetables well. Dice tomatoes, green pepper, onion and
jalapeno in small cubes. Cut and dice cilantro (discard stems). Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, except lime juice. Mix well and then add lime juice.
