Salmonettes
Salmonettes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can salmon or 2 (6 or 7 oz.) cans tuna, 1 egg, 1/2 c. sifted flour and 1 heaping tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain oil or water into a measuring cup off of salmon or tuna. Dump salmon into a mixing bowl and add the egg; mix well.
Add flour.
Mixture will be very thick.
