Salmonelle'S is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can salmon, bones removed, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. flour and 1 heaping tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain salmon and reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
Break apart salmon. Add egg and flour.
Add baking powder to reserved liquid; beat until foamy.
Pour into salmon mixture and stir until blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil and fry until brown.
