Salmon Wiggle
Salmon Wiggle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can red salmon, 2 c. medium white sauce, 1 (8 oz.) can small english peas, 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced and 1 pimiento, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place salmon in bottom of casserole.
Add half of the white sauce, covering the salmon well.
Add the peas, spreading well over the sauce.
Sprinkle diced eggs and pimiento over peas. Cover with remaining white sauce and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake slowly about half an hour or 45 minutes in fairly slow oven. Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
