Salmon "Things"
Salmon "Things" is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. flour (plain), 1 heaping tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain salmon and save 1/4 cup liquid.
Put salmon in a bowl and flake.
Add egg and flour; mix well.
Stir in pepper and onion.
Mix baking powder into reserved liquid and beat until it foams.
Add to salmon mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. They are done almost instantly.
Drain on a paper towel.
