Salmon Supreme
Salmon Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with margarine, 6 tbsp. flour, 3 c. milk, 1 large can red salmon, flaked and drained and 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt 6 tablespoons margarine; stir in flour.
Gradually add milk; heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Let cool. Alternate layers of salmon, sauce and crumbs in casserole; repeat layers.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes; garnish with lemon.
