Salmon Supper
Salmon Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper, 3 tbsp. fat, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 450Β°.
Saute onion and green pepper in hot fat until onion is golden.
Blend in salt and flour.
Gradually stir in milk and soup.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Add flaked salmon, peas and lemon juice.
Pour into baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch.
Top with biscuits.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
