Salmon Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can salmon, 1/2 stick butter, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 qt. whole milk and grated sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a saucepan, pour salmon and liquid in pan.
Remove black skin and bones.
Add milk and butter.
Heat on medium until just before boiling point.
