Salmon Steaks
Salmon Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 fresh or frozen salmon steaks (or other fish steaks 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick), 1/2 c. cooking oil, 1/4 c. snipped parsley, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Thaw fish if frozen.
Put in a shallow pan for marinade. Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion, mustard, salt and dash of pepper.
Pour over fish.
Marinate covered in refrigerator 6 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.
Place fish in well-greased wire grill basket.
Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Brush with marinade and grill 8 to 10 minutes more.
