Made with 2 cans (15 oz.) salmon, drained, boned and flaked, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spread on a serving platter and shape into a loaf or ball.
Top with sour cream.
