Salmon Soufflé
Salmon Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 eggs, separated (beat whites stiff) and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix all the ingredients, except egg whites, after removing bones from salmon.
Fold in egg whites.
Put in casserole and bake about 40 minutes at 350°.
