Salmon Souffl
Salmon Souffl is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1 c. milk, 2 heaping tbsp. flour, 5 eggs, separated and beaten and 1 jar pimento cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Make a cream sauce with the first 3 ingredients by melting butter, adding flour and slowly adding milk.
Add cheese to this and then take off burner. Add well-beaten egg yolks and salmon, crushed fine.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put in buttered mold and bake in pan of hot water 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°. When nearly done, cover with shredded almonds.
