Salmon Salad
Salmon Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. finely shredded cabbage, lightly packed, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon with skin removed and drained of all liquid and 1/2 c. mayonnaise (more if cabbage is very dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix cabbage and salmon broken up into small pieces together. Add mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Serve with soda crackers.
Will serve 2 to 3 people.
