Salmon Salad
Salmon Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped, 1/4 c. thinly sliced dill pickle and 1/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice.
Stir in eggs, pickle, salad dressing, green onion, salt and pepper.
