Salmon Salad

Made with 1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped, 1/4 c. thinly sliced dill pickle and 1/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
