Salmon Quiche
Salmon Quiche is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. whole-wheat flour, 2/3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. chopped almonds, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

For crust, combine the whole-wheat flour, the 2/3 cup cheese, the almonds, salt and paprika in a bowl.
Set aside 1/2 cup of the crust mixture.
Press remaining mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake crust in 400° oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Reduce oven temperature to 325°.
