Salmon Puff
Salmon Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. melted butter, 1/2 c. milk, 4 slices bread, torn into pieces, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked and 2 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut or tear bread into small pieces.
Mix bread, milk and margarine; stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered in 350Β° oven 1 hour.
