Salmon Pot Pie
Salmon Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk and 2 large baked potatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Make white sauce by heating vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour, cooking for 1 or 2 minutes. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, and continue to cook until thick.
Add diced potatoes, salt, pepper and dill.
Remove from heat.
Add flaked salmon.
Mix well.
Line 8 x 14-inch baking dish with 1 1/2 cans of the crescent rolls.
Pour the salmon filling into the dish.
Cover with the remaining crescent roll dough. Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
