Salmon Pie
Salmon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, boned, 2 large onions, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 8 large potatoes, peeled and cooked and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine salmon, onions and butter; mix thoroughly.
Add potatoes and mash.
Stir in milk; whip until smooth.
Spread mixture in prepared pastry shells; top with crust and crimp edges to seal.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Pie may be frozen.
Yields 12 to 16 servings.
