Salmon Pie
Salmon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can salmon, 2 tsp. diced onion, 1/2 c. salmon juice drained from canned salmon and enough milk to make 1/2 c. and 3 medium potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Flake salmon and remove large bones.
Cook potatoes and mash with milk.
Mix all ingredients with onion, salt and pepper.
Put into an 8-inch 2-crust pie.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, until crust is brown on bottom.
Can be served with white sauce and peas.
