Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, 2 egg whites, mixed with fork, 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain salmon and flake.
Combine salmon and egg whites.
Saute green pepper and onion in oil.
Add bread crumbs and toss until vegetables are tender.
Add to salmon.
Mix in lemon juice, rosemary and pepper.
Form into 4 patties.
Spray a nonstick skillet with Pam.
Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes on each side until brown.
