Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked, 1 c. uncooked oatmeal, 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes cereal, 2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise and 1/3 chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients except the margarine until combined.
Shape into 4 patties.
Coat a nonstick skillet with the margarine; add the patties.
Cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, until the patties form a brown crust.
Carefully turn the patties and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes.
