Salmon Pat
Salmon Pat is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can red salmon, drained, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 8 capers, crushed and 2 tbsp. onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain salmon well (keep bones in, excellent source of calcium).
Mash salmon and stir with a fork.
Add softened cream cheese and mix well with a fork.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Spray a flat bowl with cooking oil.
Pour contents into bowl and smooth out any lumps.
Refrigerate overnight.
Invert bowl over serving tray to empty contents.
Smooth out any lumps.
Serve with melba toast rounds or crackers.
