Salmon Party Spread
Salmon Party Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o lemon flavored gelatin, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Blend in sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and horseradish; chill until thickened.
Fold in salmon and dill weed.
Spoon into mold.
Chill until firm at least 3 hours.
Unmold.
Serve as an appetizer surrounded with crackers or raw vegetables.
