Salmon Mousse
Salmon Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 c. milk, 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, juice of 1 lemon and 2/3 c. chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine butter, flour and milk to make sauce. Set aside. Combine the tomato paste, cream cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Mix thoroughly.
Add to sauce mixture and cook until cheese is melted.
Add salmon. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water or white wine.
Add to salmon mixture. Place in lightly greased mold and refrigerate.
