Salmon Log
Salmon Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon (pink or red), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. grated onion and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Salmon remove skin and bone.
Flake salmon with fork and add cream cheese, lemon juice, onions, salt and liquid smoke.
Stir well. Chill mixture overnight or several hours. Shape
2 nice logs or 1 large log.
Combine nuts and parsley.
Well and roll the salmon log in the pecan mixture and chill several hours.
This freezes well.
