Salmon Log
Salmon Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. canned salmon, 1 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. grated onion and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain and flake salmon.
Remove skin and bones.
Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt.
Mix very well and chill overnight.
Make into a log and roll in pecans.
