Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. salmon (1 lb. can), 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 4 tsp. melted butter, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 tsp. minced dry onion flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Save salmon juice.
Add enough milk to make 3/4 cup liquid. Add 2 to 3 drops vinegar.
Mix all together.
Grease a loaf pan or dish.
Pat salmon in.
Place baking dish in another pan of water and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
