Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2 c. salmon, boned and flaked, liquid from salmon plus milk to make 3/4 c., 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease loaf pan.
