Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water and 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spray mold with Pam.
In a saucepan, heat soup, stirring in cheese until smooth.
Dissolve gelatin with water; add to soup mixture.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Pour into mold and chill overnight.
Serves 45.
