Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy baked good you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with c. salmon, drained and flaked, c. dry bread crumbs, c. minced green pepper, eggs, slightly beaten and (1 1/4 c.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine all ingredients in order given and mix lightly.
Pack firmly into a greased small loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done.
Pour off juice and turn loaf onto warm platter.
Serve with mixture of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup milk, stirred constantly. Pour some of the sauce over the loaf to serve and the rest in a side dish.
