Drain canned salmon, saving liquid.
Remove bones and make white sauce by blending butter or margarine over low heat with flour and liquid.
Add egg, salmon and seasonings.
Butter 2 slices of bread and cube.
Put salmon in a greased pan; add cubed bread and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
