Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can red salmon, cleaned and drained, 1 c. cracker crumbs, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. sour cream and dash of lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together.
Divide in half; set aside.
Mix together salmon, onion, cracker crumbs, lemon, pepper and half the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
Place in a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 3/4 of an hour.
Mix the cucumber into the other half of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture and use for a sauce on the loaf.
