Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/3 c. minced onions, 1/4 c. milk and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine all other ingredients.
Place in well-greased baking pan, or shape into loaf on greased baking pan.
